Course Introduction

 In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape, effective leadership and the ability to manage change are critical for organizational success. The Strategic Leadership and Change Management course is designed to equip leaders, managers, and professionals with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive strategic initiatives and lead transformational change within their organizations.


This course explores key leadership theories, strategic decision-making frameworks, and best practices in change management. Participants will learn how to align leadership strategies with organizational goals, foster innovation, and navigate resistance to change. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and practical exercises, learners will develop the confidence and competence to lead teams and organizations through dynamic challenges.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

FAQ

Enrolling in a course at WMTC is straightforward; simply choose your desired course and click on Apply course. After we receive your application form, we will review it and respond to you within 24 hours. If your application is accepted, a letter of admission will be sent straight away to you, followed by detailed joining instruction and an invoice.

Course fees should be paid, if possible, prior to arrival. If that is not possible, payment by cash, bank draft or traveler’s cheque on arrival is acceptable.

You should arrive at WMTC at least a day before the start of the course. Remember to start making preparation for passport, visa, air tickets, health and any clearance you may need in advance, as procedures are often slow. Participants from yellow fever endemics will require valid health certificate. Your local Swaziland Embassy/High Commission can advise and assist your visa requirements.
Once in Swaziland we will assist in confirming your return trip home.

We provide our participants with gadgets to support their learning during the course of our training with the exception of INDIA.
We also offer a free full body medical health check up to all our participants attending our programs in India.

All course delegates are to ensure that they obtain a valid entry visa for the country they choose as venue for the training. The visa should cover the duration of the course.
In cases where there is no country office,the delegate should contact us for proper guidance.
