This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and transfers for all our training courses at the Workers Management Training Centre. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our approach.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a training due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolment, trainer illness, force majeure), you will be offered the following options:
We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses, due to a training cancellation by the organizer. We recommend booking flexible travel arrangements.
All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@wmtc.co.za or phindiledla@gmail.com. Please include your full name, training title, dates, and the reason for your request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of receiving the written request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or government regulations. In such cases, we will work with participants to find a mutually agreeable solution, which may include transfers or credits for future training.
